Martial Arts

One of my favorite ways to stay in shape is through Tae Kwon Do. It is a complete workout of the mind and body. Training in the martial arts is very physically demanding and it can be stressful on your body. Good Masters will test the limits of your abilities, but sometimes we go beyond our abilities and get injured, or we realize that another's offense is better than our defense and injury occurs. Whatever the cause of injury, evaluation and management of the injury is essential in getting you back in action at your chosen martial art.

Dr. Keegan will treat your injury with the most effective methods to get you back to your passion as quickly as possible
