Keegan Chiropractic uses a variety of techniques and services to care for your needs. Initially, you meet with Dr. Keegan to discuss your health history, injuries, symptoms and future wellness goals. Then, Dr. Keegan develops an individualized approach for your health. Your chiropractic care package may include services such as:

Chiropractic adjustments- Dr. Keegan uses gentle manipulations to adjust your spine and joints. This decreases back pain, neck pain and joint pain and also helps to repair conditions such as sciatica, herniated discs, pinched nerves, whiplash, headaches and fibromyalgia.

Massage therapy- our massage services work along side our chiropractic adjustments to help your body accept the new joint placement. Massage is able to loosen tight muscles and help restore muscular balance surrounding a joint for increased stability and mobility. Massage therapy also eliminates scar tissues from injuries that may be prohibiting your movements.

Ultrasound- this techniques stimulates the muscles to repair. It also helps to remove toxins from the muscles which lessens inflammation and pain.

Electronic Muscle Stimulation- when appropriate we may use EMS to repair damaged muscles without increasing joint pain.

Low Level Laser Therapy - stimulates healing at the cellular level. The cold laser penetrates deep into the muscles to prompt cells to heal.

Weight loss- our Take Shape for Life system teaches you how to make diet and exercise healthy habits. We are your partner in achieving your weight loss goals.

As you progress through chiropractic care, your needs may change. For example, if back pain brings you to Keegan Chiropractic, you may find you stay with us due to the feelings of increased energy, reduced stress and improved sleep. With chiropractic care, your body learns to operate at an optimal level which improves your overall health.

What is so good about an apple? Is it the color, ranging from ruby red to pale pink? Is it the crunch? The sweetness?
